YES . . .  we encourage it and have established cooperation through long lasting relationships with the Realtor Community.    Tuskes Homes makes the process as easy as possible for Realtors,  from our E-Z Registration Program, to writing the Agreement of Sale, to competitive commission payment at closing.

How long does it take to build a Tuskes Home?

It takes just a few months to complete a Tuskes Home from start of construction.  Tuskes Homes has an efficient process, and we work to build a quality home in a very reasonable time frame.  When you build a Tuskes Home, you will enjoy the personalized selection process at the “Tuskes Design Center”.  Choose options such as granite, flooring, kitchen cabinetry, bathroom options plus all of the exterior elevation colors as well.  Together, the whole family can look forward to their “New Tuskes Home” as it’s being constructed for them.

Do you offer “Quick Delivery Homes”?

Do you offer financing to purchase a new Tuskes Home?

YES . . .  we offer financing through our “Preferred Lenders”.   These affiliates have established a history with Tuskes Homes and are very competitive and ensure a successful transaction.  Their service includes financial options from pre-qualifying, to closing cost assistance for your new home.
