The Tuskes Homes Design Studio allows you to personalize the interior and exterior of your home in a way no other builder in the area can offer. The only one of its kind in the Lehigh Valley, our Design Studio offers 3,600 square feet of design options, allowing you to personalize every aspect of your home. Select the perfect flooring, cabinets, granite or quartz countertops, and lighting that makes your home perfect. It’s all part of the Tuskes Homes experience!

With the endless decisions that go into building a new home, we provide an expansive selection of high-quality options and let you mix and match finishes to achieve the color palette of your dreams. Our dedicated design consultants will walk you through the process and show you selections that fit every budget and lifestyle, guiding you all the way, so you can feel comfortable and confident in your final home design. We’ll help you match your design selections to your personal tastes and styles, so your new home will feel uniquely yours.
Our Design Studio is by appointment-only, however you can schedule a preview with your New Home Specialist so you know all of the options we have. Keep an eye out for our special Design Studio Open Houses throughout the year!
Once you have signed an agreement of sale and finalized your structural options, our Design team will reach out to schedule your time in the studio. We offer single full-day, 6-hour appointments (with an hour lunch break in between) and two, 3-hour appointments in either mornings or afternoons. We also offer conducting design appointments by Zoom for those who are long-distance or prefer virtual appointments.
The Tuskes Homes Design Studio is located at our Main Office at 4511 Falmer Drive, Bethlehem, PA 18020, and is open Monday-Friday.

The best way to prepare for your Tuskes Homes design appointment is by visiting our fully decorated model homes to explore popular color palettes, finishes, and enhanced options. We recommend scheduling a tour with a New Home Specialist to highlight favorite selections. You can also gather inspiration from Instagram, Pinterest, Houzz, magazines, and our Virtual Tours.
Share inspiration photos with your Design Consultant in advance so they can help bring your vision to life during your Design Studio appointment.
Whether your design inspiration lives in your phone’s photo albums, on your tablet’s Pinterest app, or in a binder, we encourage you to bring them along! Trying to coordinate your sofa’s upholstery with your future flooring? Bring along a cushion cover (or photo)! If you plan to purchase or upgrade the included appliances through us, please bring your preferred GE model numbers to your appointment. (Reference your community’s specification sheet in your AOS for info on the appliances and more handy info!)
The buyers and/or decisionmakers should be present for the design appointment. Designing a home can be so exciting that you may be tempted to share the experience with close family or friends, or you might want them present for guidance if designing isn’t “your thing.” However, we advise only the necessary people are part of the design process. Many decisions and details go into the colors, materials, and options of your home, and your time in the studio is limited, so minimizing distraction is key. If a babysitter is unavailable to watch the young ones, they of course are welcome to join.
Our Design Consultants will learn about you, your needs, your lifestyle, and your tastes to best guide you through the whole process. We are firm believers that beautiful, functional design will enhance your lives for years to come, and we want to help you achieve that!

During your Tuskes Homes design appointment, you’ll work one-on-one with a Design Consultant to personalize your new home! Together, you’ll review your floor plans and select interior and exterior design features, including kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, bathrooms, and exterior finishes. Your consultant will guide you through included selections and optional enhancements, then review your final choices and pricing.

If you want to go all-out with your home, ask your New Home Specialist about our Tailored Kitchen and Structural Design Programs! They provide you even more options to enhance your home. The Tailored Kitchen Program allows you to select appliances, lighting, and cabinet designs beyond those available in our Design Studio. The Tailored Structural Program lets you add, move, or subtract walls, design unique doorways, and add additional windows and ceiling height to create the spaces you want.
