designing your kitchen the way you want. In addition to the optional layouts available
for each home, this program provides you more time with our Designers to decide
on the features you value most in your kitchen. Dream up cabinetry reaching the
ceiling, Thermador or Wolf appliances, and any Kichler lighting and Moen
collections not shown in our newly renovated Design Studio. Take a look at our

Make New RoomsThe Tailored Structural Design Program extends beyond the
kitchen to all other areas of your home. Close off open rooms to create a
separate In-Law Suite for multi-generational living. Combine rooms to make a
space that fits your friends and family, hobbies, or even to create a spacious
Walk-In Closet—the choice is yours! Don’t forget the ways you can take
advantage of your location, too. Add extra ceiling height, windows, and sliding
