Tuskes Homes offers SMS notifications through the Tuskes Homes customer platform, which is powered by our messaging platform provider, Foundation Technology Inc. ("Foundation"). When you opt in and verify your mobile number, we collect your number and consent record and send you transactional messages about your home, including activity updates, construction milestone progress, document uploads, action item assignments, and event reminders.

To deliver these messages, we share your mobile number and related data only with the service providers that operate our messaging platform and transmit the messages, including Foundation and the telecommunications carriers, and only for those purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories described in this policy, including the advertising and analytics sharing described above, exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers described above solely to deliver the messaging service.
