Inside, our Design team added the U-shaped kitchen optional layout. One of our favorite parts about the Breckenridge Grande is the beautiful 2-Story Great Room. Outfitted with a stone-surrounded fireplace with a raised hearth to match the exterior masonry, as well as additional windows above, the space gets filled with warmth and natural light all year long. 

Up the lush carpeted stairs with the oak railings you'll find 4 cozy bedrooms, including the spacious Owners' Suite. The suite's private bath includes a special fully-tiled 4'x6' shower with a Silestone bench- how wonderful for getting ready for the day! From Empty Field to Neighborhood - Four Years of Hillcrest Estates at Mountain Top, PA

There is something moving about watching an empty field become a place where people wake up every morning, raise their kids, host holidays, and call home. That is exactly what happened here. Take a look at how Hillcrest Estates at Mountain Top became the beautiful community you see today.

In 2022, Hillcrest Estates at Mountain Top was just a blank canvas with a few roads cutting through an empty field and a handful of townhomes standing as the first whispers of what was to come. It wasn't much to look at, but for us, it was the beginning of something extraordinary. The team at Tuskes saw beyond the raw landscape. We envisioned a community where families would gather, neighbors would become friends, and a once-empty field would bloom into a vibrant place to call home.

That vision was the spark that ignited the transformation. It wasn't just about building houses, it was about creating a community where people could put down roots and build their lives. 

By 2024, Hillcrest Estates at Mountain Top was no longer just a concept. It was becoming a real, lived-in place. The first homes were now finished, their walls housing the first families who had chosen this community as their own. The sound of construction echoed through the streets, but so did the laughter of children playing and the hum of everyday life.

Yet, the transformation wasn't complete. Many homesites still stood empty, waiting for future homeowners to shape them into their own personal sanctuaries.

Fast forward to 2025, and Hillcrest Estates at Mountain Top was no longer a fledgling neighborhood, but a thriving, tight-knit community. By the end of the year, all but 15 homesites were left.
