Design Studio Time!
The Tuskes Homes Design Studio allows you to personalize the interior and exterior of your home in a way no other builder in the area can offer. Select the perfect flooring, cabinets, granite countertops, lighting, and more. Our dedicated design consultant will walk you through the process and show you personalized selections that fit every budget and lifestyle, so you can cross off every item on your wish list.
Pre-construction Meeting
You’ll meet with your construction supervisor to talk about the next steps in building your home.
Construction Begins!
Sit back and relax, our highly skilled construction team has it from here.
Pre-drywall Orientation & Utility Connection
You’ll meet with your construction supervisor for the second time to walk through the frame of your home prior to drywall being installed.
Settlement Preparation
You’ll begin working with your community specialist and mortgage company to prepare for settlement.
Construction Completed!
As soon as our construction team has handcrafted your home to your specifications, you’ll be just about ready to move in!
First Walkthrough of your Newly Build Home
We’ll take you through a “pre-walkthrough” of your home showing you all the amazing features and giving you plenty of time to take it all in.
Final Walkthrough & Closing Settlement
We’ll walk you through your home one more time, and then you’ll close on your home and get the keys!!!
